- Planner: As a Planner, you will play an active role in delivering key projects, conducting research, analysis, and report writing, while working closely with project managers to ensure project success.
- Senior Planner: As an experienced Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects and provide important contributions to the future development of the business.
- Principal Planner: For experienced Planners who thrive in managing the delivery of projects and supporting the development of others. You\’ll lead planning projects, provide expert advice, and play a key role in business development, all while making a real impact on communities.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for creating sustainable and vibrant communities through a plan-led approach.
- Knowledge of preparing development plans, ideally with experience working for the public sector.
- Strong communication skills, political acumen, and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to deliver projects efficiently, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.
- Ideally RTPI chartered status.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and the drive to deliver high-quality work.
