Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the Midlands in the search for a CIL & Section 106 Team Leader to join their Town Planning Department on an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage the work of the CIL & Section 106 team and provide an efficient and effective service.
- Ongoing management and delivery of infrastructure related funds.
- Manage CIL / S106 agreements to ensure accurate recording and support growth across the authority.
Qualifications
