We are looking for an DM Planning Officer, to provide additional support to a busy Local Authority DM Planning Team in the Greater Manchester area.
In this role you be required to assist with householder planning applications and related lawful development certificates.
The role would be hybrid with both office and WFH, and normally the LPA would ask that you work the majority of the week in the office as per their Corporate WFH policy.
- Hybrid working available.
- Local Authority DM planning experience essential.
- A Full Driving Licence is Essential for site visits.
- Access to a vehicle for visits throughout the Borough is desirable
