A role within a local authority planning team. The position is inside IR35, full or part time, and can be performed mainly from home with occasional site visits and key meetings. Salary ranges from £35ph to £45ph (DOE). The office location can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting and reviewing CIL assessments and recommendations.
  • Coordinating site visits and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Supporting other S106 and CIL projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a S106 & CIL officer within a local authority.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
