Town Planning Director - Cardiff

Carrington Westa re pleased to be working with an established planning consultancy in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an experienced Town Planning Director to take over an established team and help drive the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will be Chartered (MRTPI) and have strong private sector consultancy experience, together with a proven track record of developing client relationships and winning new business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an existing network of clients and contacts to bring their following into an established platform, whilst taking a leadership role within the business.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading and developing an established planning team.
  • Managing and growing key client relationships.
  • Bringing in new business and developing existing opportunities.
  • Providing strategic planning advice across a range of development projects.
  • Supporting the wider growth and profile of the business across Cardiff and Wales.
