What you'll be doing:
- You'll manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist sector.
- You'll build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
- You'll hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, ideally with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
- You'll already have experience in either the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.
- You'll bring a proactive, problem‐solving approach and a real enthusiasm for specialist projects.
- You'll be confident in building client relationships and communicating effectively.
- You'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are happy to be office‐based 5 days a week.
