Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bath. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to welcome a Town Planner on a full-time basis, although they’re equally open to speaking with experienced Principal or Associate Planners seeking part-time opportunities. Joining a close-knit planning team of three, you’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, with residential development forming the core of the business alongside mixed-use, retail and heritage-led schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning applications and planning appraisals.
• Provide planning advice across a diverse range of projects.
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

• Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
• MRTPI (or working towards) is desirable.
• Residential planning experience is preferred, with exposure to mixed-use, retail or heritage projects being an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
