We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Architect to take a strategic lead across enterprise Workday implementations, driving high-quality solution design and client success. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Functional Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions, ensuring business requirements translate into scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Engagement Managers and functional leads, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise.
- Serve as an escalation point across functional workstreams, proactively resolving risks and ensuring delivery excellence.
