The Planet Group is partnering with a market-leading Professional Services firm to appoint a Workday Developer for a permanent hybrid role based in London. 🎯 Purpose As a senior and experienced Workday Build, Extend, Prism Developer you will own the design, governance, delivery of enterprise-grade Workday solutions across the platform.
Working with the product development, functional experts, change and architecture teams you will develop client centric, scalable and secure solutions, ensuring on-time delivery in a demanding and deadline driven environment, whilst embedding robust governance, security and change management practices that de-risk the business.
The role operates in the intersection between technology, architecture, and operations and you will act as a trusted advisor ability to produce clear enablement assets.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. ⭐ Nice-to-Have Whole platform domain exposure including FIN/HCM/Payroll/Security —e. g., approvals, exceptions, vendor onboarding, expense governance, journals, controls, agentic AI and machine learning, lifecycle.
Experience in AI product development.
Familiarity with Workday BIRT, Workday Reporting (advanced), Time Tracking.
Scripting experience (e. g., Java Script/Type Script, Python) for tooling and documentation automation.
