The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a market leader in the Aerospace industry who are looking for a Manufacturing Operator / Assembler to join the team on an initial 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Working in accordance with standard operating instructions, engineering drawings and product specifications
  • Loading the products onto local test rigs and running tests
  • Assembling and soldering pre-mounted PCB boards
  • Soldering operations to involving soldering to IPC J standards – IPC 7711-7721 (training will be supplied)
  • Assembling the PCB boards into mechanical housing

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 12 months+ manufacturing assembly experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills required
