The Planet Group are Workday's longest standing Staffing & AMS Partner. We are seeking a highly driven Sales Consultant with a strong focus on business development to support specialized hiring needs.
The Sales Consultant effectively leads, identifies, and pursues new business opportunities and works in conjunction with upper management to develop and respond to new and existing business development opportunities. This role will focus on selling IT staffing and consulting solutions to clients in various industry sectors and geographies with an emphasis on ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long term client relationships resulting in the expansion of client base, building awareness of our company’s services and generating revenue.
- Uncover staffing and consulting needs in our target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations.
- Identify and attend conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years sales or account management experience in IT staffing or consulting, including experience in one or more of the following technologies: SAP, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow.
- Proven team builder and team player who can focus and continuously reinforce efforts to meet goals.

- Base pay is between 45,000 - 50,000. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
