This fantastic business are seeking x3 strategic Talent Acquisition Consultants (German Speaking) to support recruitment initiatives on a 6-12 month contract. (UK Remote working available) Job Summary: The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive landscape. We would love to hear from Recruiters with Engineering / Manufacturing backgrounds supporting both Blue Collar / White Collar hiring. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to define hiring requirements and talent strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer. Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent planning. Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure a positive experience. Key Experience Required: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition / hiring, within the DACH Region.
