The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a leading organisation who provide technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global Aerospace industry. This fantastic business are seeking x3 strategic Talent Acquisition Consultants (German Speaking) to support recruitment initiatives on a 6-12 month contract. (UK Remote working available)
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive landscape. We would love to hear from Recruiters with Engineering / Manufacturing backgrounds supporting both Blue Collar / White Collar hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to define hiring requirements and talent strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent planning.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition / hiring, within the DACH Region.
- Experience working both Blue Collar & White Collar roles for plants in Manufacturing environments.
- Fluency in both German & English language – Must Have.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Experience with Works Council, Xing or Stepstone - Desired.
- Employment brand experience – Desired.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel on occasion to Germany to support stakeholders.
