We are seeking an experienced Workday Engagement Manager to join a high-performing EMEA delivery team, supporting large-scale Workday HCM and Financials programmes across a diverse client portfolio. This is a strategic delivery leadership role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to drive successful Workday implementations and transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Workday project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and service management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, providing leadership across Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll initiatives.
  • Manage project governance, including planning, resource management, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and delivery approaches that align with business requirements and commercial objectives.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution design, commercial discussions, and proposal development.
  • Produce and present key project deliverables, including Statements of Work (SOWs), business cases, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • Current Workday Engagement Manager (EM) and Project Manager (PM) Services Certifications (essential)
  • Proven Workday HCM and Financials implementation experience
  • Minimum 2 years' project delivery leadership experience within consulting or IT services
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles, including implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities
  • Strong commercial and financial management experience, including contract negotiations and budget ownership
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience leading distributed and remote teams

Desirable

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Experience with SaaS delivery methodologies
  • Functional expertise in HR, Finance, or Payroll domains
