About the Role
As a Sales Director, you will lead the acquisition of enterprise and institutional partnerships across equestrian and related sectors. You will play a key role in shaping the partnerships strategy and building long-term, high-value commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, negotiate, and close high-value partnership deals
- Leverage senior-level networks to engage founders, CEOs, and C-suite leaders
- Secure global and regional partners aligned with the league’s vision
- Lead negotiations for multi-year agreements
- Design bespoke partnership offerings combining events, hospitality, media, and content
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, events, content) to ensure delivery quality
- Contribute to commercial strategy and partnership development
- Represent the league at international business and sporting events
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in high-value sales or partnerships (enterprise level)
