Premier Jumping League is seeking a Talent Manager to lead day-to-day relationships with riders, horse owners, team owners, grooms and support staff. The role spans pre-launch relationship building and, from 2027 onward, full-service on-site stakeholder care across PJL events.

This role requires strong communication, travel flexibility and proven experience in building a function from a standing start within the equestrian world.
