About the Role

As a Sales Director, you will lead the acquisition of enterprise and institutional partnerships across equestrian and related sectors. You will play a key role in shaping the partnerships strategy and building long-term, high-value commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate, negotiate, and close high-value partnership deals
  • Leverage senior-level networks to engage founders, CEOs, and C-suite leaders
  • Secure global and regional partners aligned with the league’s vision
  • Lead negotiations for multi-year agreements
  • Design bespoke partnership offerings combining events, hospitality, media, and content
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, events, content) to ensure delivery quality
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and partnership development
  • Represent the league at international business and sporting events
