As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition of Enterprise and institutional partnerships across equestrian endemic and adjacent brands for the league. You will be one of the first hires within a newly formed partnerships team and will have the ability to shape how equestrian brands use sport, hospitality, and content to build relationships and influence. You will be collaboratively building bespoke, multi-year, and strategically oriented deals with a dedicated creative strategic to design innovative, commercially disruptive offerings.
Our ideal candidate is someone comfortable selling vision, credibility, and long-term value in an environment with limited existing infrastructure:
- Leverage an established senior-level network to unlock conversations with founders, CEOs, partners, and C-suite leaders
- Secure Founding, Tier-1 global, and select regional or category-exclusive partners aligned with the League’s long-term vision
- Lead negotiations for multi-year partnership agreements rooted in brand, access, and influence
- Media, content, and storytelling across owned and partner channels
- Long-term platform-building opportunities rather than short-term activation
- Work closely with leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and partnership architecture
- Collaborate with media, content, and events teams to ensure high-quality partner delivery
- Contribute to the long-term scaling of the equestrian partnerships function, including team structure and leadership model
