We’re looking for an experienced strategist who’s equally at home in a boardroom, as a discovery workshop. If you’re a hands-on leader and confident speaker, with in-depth knowledge of the digital commerce ecosystem, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, permanent position. Applicants must be a permanent UK resident, with the right to work in the UK. We are not offering UK Visa Sponsorship for this position.

The Opportunity: You’ll be instrumental in helping clients identify, prioritise, and realise growth opportunities, combining strategic thinking with practical execution planning. This supports the continued delivery of high-quality work for our clients, and accelerated growth through commercial effectiveness. This isn’t a ‘deck and disappear’ role; you’ll utilise deep knowledge of the digital and eCommerce landscape to connect the dots between business objectives, technology, creativity, and customer experience. Naturally you’re a great problem solver, confident communicator, and trusted advisor to colleagues, clients and technology partners.

  • Leading growth strategies for eCommerce and digitally enabled businesses.
  • Facilitating workshops, executive discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Developing integrated solutions with multi-functional teams.
  • Contributing to new business pitches and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Acting as a point of contact with Adobe's Success team to shape our AEP roadmap.
  • Mentoring junior strategists, raising the bar across the team.
  • Drive marketing and thought leadership as a vocal, credible advocate for The Pixel.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Essential: Highly experienced in digital strategy, growth strategy, or eCommerce consulting. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, customer lifetime value, and digital commerce ecosystems. AEP/AEM certifications (or the drive to achieve them quickly). Extensive understanding of GA4 and digital analytics. Commercial acumen, track record of turning complex problems into clear, actionable plans. Confident presenting to, and challenging, senior stakeholders. Priority management skills within a fast-paced environment. Great collaboration skills, working as a team.
  • Desirable: Experienced in Adobe Target, Adobe CDP. Experience in Project management and Agile methodologies. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to configure and deploy changes within Google Tag Manager. Change management, adopting new tools or processes.
