The Opportunity

As a
Senior Solutions Analyst
, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients\’
eCommerce architecture
through your experience and understanding of the eCommerce landscape.

Your work in
discovery
workshops,
solution strategy
and
implementation
will directly influence the strategic direction and technological framework of our clients\’ eCommerce solutions, ensuring they are not only innovative but also aligned with their business goals.

As a senior member of the team, you will
support upskilling
our solutions team, be a vocal advocate of Adobe products and keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends within eCommerce.

This role demands an experienced professional with a robust
technical background
and a profound
understanding of Adobe\’s suite of products
, along with an unwavering commitment to enhancing customer experience and operational excellence.

What You\’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong experience as a
  Solutions Analyst
  or similar, ideally in
  agency
  environment.
• 5+ years of experience within
  eCommerce
  .
• Adobe Professional certified in at least one
  Adobe Experience Platform
  product, or certified within next 6 months.
• Adobe Expert certified in at least one Adobe Experience Platform product, or certified within the next 12 months.
• Experienced with
  GA4
  , with ability to read and understand data.
• In depth understanding of
  Google Tag Manager
  , ability to configure and deploy changes.
• A strategic thinker, with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks simultaneously, working as a team and creating strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• UK based
  , comfortable working remotely or hybrid from our Bristol office.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with Adobe Target and Adobe CDP, including implementation, management, and optimisation.
• Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
• Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge.
