We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our wonderful team and deliver Magento/Adobe Commerce focused projects for enterprise level clients. Hands on experience delivering eCommerce development projects in an agency setting is essential, alongside the ability to visit Bristol every quarter. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a choice of hybrid working from our Bristol office, or fully remote from anywhere in the UK. Applicants must be permanently based in the UK, with right to work in the UK.

The Opportunity

If successful, you will be joining an established agency that has grown over 20% year on year, with Gold status Adobe partnership who delivers award winning work for well-known brands. As Project Manager, you will deliver large scale Adobe Commerce projects for enterprise level clients, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Naturally you will have superb organisation and communication skills, working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will enjoy ownership of projects end to end, from scope and discovery phases, through budget tracking and risk management, to delivery and hand over. This role focuses on project excellence and process optimisation, so with the support of an experienced team, you will be able to bring new ideas to the table in line with our continuous improvement mindset. Such drive for improvement will also be rewarded personally, with a career development budget available to pursue work related certifications of your choice such as Agile, Prince2 and Scrum, in addition to encouragement to pursue Adobe accreditations. What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Track record as a Project Manager or similar delivering eCommerce development projects (such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce) in a fast paced, agile agency environment.
  • Excel in delivering projects on time, budget, and scope, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound understanding of PM tools and systems (Jira, Trello, Tempo, Asana, MS Project, TeamGantt etc).
  • You will take pride in quality delivery, whilst seeking out ways to improve, and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • UK based, with choice of working remotely or hybrid from our Bristol office.
  • Ability to visit the Bristol office every quarter.

Nice to Have

  • Track record of delivering large, complex Adobe Commerce focused projects is highly desirable.
  • Adobe Business Practitioner certification, or similar.
  • Experience both agency side and in-house offers a unique perspective to your work - nice to have by no means a key consideration.
