About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People Team Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract starting Monday 3rd August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while bringing a creative touch to their work.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the People Team, and on occasions the wider directorate, across a range of administrative and recruitment activities, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing efficient administrative support to the People Team, and monitoring and maintaining systems such as the employee database, purchase order and specialist databases.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication, helping to create engaging recruitment content, including videos.
- Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Assisting with internal communications and People initiatives.
- Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
- Supporting meetings by taking minutes.
- Booking training and liaising with training providers.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong multitasker, able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Creative, with a flair for developing engaging content.
- Experience in Canva would be an advantage.
- Confident using systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
- Previous experience in a HR or administrative role.
