Birmingham, Castle Vale – Office Based

Up to £11,034 per annum

Part Time (15 hours per week - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Our Customer 1st team is the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support across a wide range of enquiries.

About The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to resolve issues at the earliest opportunity
  • Provide a professional front-of-house reception service, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported
  • Handle customer enquiries via face-to-face contact, telephone and written communication
  • Work closely with colleagues across different service areas to deliver joined up, efficient support
  • Undertake administrative tasks and outbound survey work to support continuous service improvements

About You

  • We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Is confident communicating with customers in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Has experience in office administration or customer facing roles
  • Is flexible and adaptive to meet business needs
