The predicted salary is between 10 - 11 £ per hour.

Our Customer 1st team are our customer’s first point of call for all of their enquiries. The team manage all inbound calls and provide a reception service at our offices in Castle Vale. They also undertake a wide range of administrative duties and outbound survey work.

In this role you are responsible for delivering 'first point of contact' resolutions to a wide range of customer queries. You will work across service areas providing front of house reception and back office support. You will be part of a flexible and customer focused team, working to provide great homes and excellent services.

Our successful Customer 1st Advisor will have:
