The Pingle Academy is looking for an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure that safeguarding remains a priority across the academy. You will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team, providing oversight and strategic leadership in safeguarding practices.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in safeguarding or pastoral leadership and a strong grasp of relevant legislation and best practice. Responsibilities include managing safeguarding cases and collaborating closely with senior leaders and external agencies.
