The Pilot Group offers a salary of £27,000 plus monthly commission with hybrid working hours (12noon - 9pm Monday - Wednesday and 10am - 7pm Thursday - Friday). ESL connects the demand and supply of electrical components, helping customers procure their needs as the world shifts to a more electric future. The company operates globally, offering fast deliveries and developing long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. Headquartered in Manchester, ESL was founded by two female entrepreneurs 19 years ago and currently employs 75 skilled individuals.

As a US Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business in the US market. This includes:

  • Researching and identifying potential suppliers
  • Making business-to-business calls
  • Following up on leads to buy ESL's electrical products
  • Organising your own call plan
  • Setting and achieving targets
  • Developing strategies to build strong business relationships

This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with a business development manager and sales team, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed. Previous sales experience is not necessary; however, you should possess resilience and drive to accept a challenging role and win new customers. You will be target-driven and motivated by achieving sales.
