This dual role will be responsible for:

  • Leading, inspiring, and coaching the internal sales team to ensure workflow is organised and sales aims are achieved while maintaining and improving customer service levels.
  • Personally opening and developing new sales accounts through cold calling to contribute to market growth.
  • Delegating tasks to the sales team while developing new sales relationships.
  • Utilising knowledge of industry climate and competition to support the delivery of the sales strategy.
  • Praising and rewarding team members, implementing bonuses and incentives for achievements aligned with business focuses.
  • Ensuring the team is focused on business development and driving industry-leading service for customers.
  • Developing strategic sales plans to diversify customers and brands, maintaining a strong industry presence.
  • Implementing sales strategies to drive business development in the region, supporting the team in opening sales accounts while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Managing and organising trips for team and personal sales account development, providing support, training, and feedback to maximise ROI.
  • Consistent sales development of personal accounts and the team.

  • Ensuring class-leading customer service and commercial considerations are always maintained.

Requirements:

  • French speaking (native, professional level).
  • B2B sales experience in French (minimum 2 years cold calling).
  • B2B sales leadership/management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects using initiative.
  • Experience managing remote workers out of country is beneficial.
  • Experience in project settings and project delivery.
