The Pilot Group is seeking a candidate for the European Customer Service Team. The role involves working alongside Account Managers to grow sales and develop relationships within the company. You will be the primary contact for customers and suppliers, providing efficient and professional sales support specifically in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from the moment the product has been sold to processing orders and completing administration.
- Liaise with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse, and Account Managers to ensure timely product delivery and manage expectations.
- Work with the internal warehouse to ensure orders are booked in and out.
- Handle general administration for Account Managers, including price lists, quotes, and diary management.
The Perfect Candidate – Essential Skills:
- Fluent in French
- Excellent communication skills (including telephone skills)
- Organised with attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excel / data manipulation skills
- Czech / Slovakian would be advantageous
