The Role
European Customer Service: The role will be working in our European Customer Service Team alongside Account Managers to grow sales and develop and maintain relationships within the company. You will be the primary contact for customers and suppliers and provide efficient and professional sales support to colleagues and customers. You will be taking over the sales process from the moment the product has been sold to process orders and complete any administration. You will liaise with different stakeholders including customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse and Account Managers to ensure products are received on time and expectations are managed. You will work with our internal warehouse to ensure orders are booked in and out. You will also be responsible for general administration for Account Managers including price lists, quotes and diary management.
Responsibilities
- Take over the sales process from order to administration completion.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse and Account Managers to ensure on-time delivery and managed expectations.
- Work with the internal warehouse to book orders in and out.
- Provide general administration for Account Managers including price lists, quotes and diary management.

- Excellent communication skills (including telephone skills)

- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excel / data manipulation skills
- Czech / Slovakian would be advantageous
