The Pilot Boat, Lyme Regis is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help the Head/Sous Chef run its kitchen. The successful applicant will be passionate about fresh food, assisting the head/sous chef in developing a menu and have worked in a high-volume food operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation
- Always conform to health and hygiene regulations
- Food ordering
