Pike Construction Services is seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager I to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow within a collaborative, high-energy environment.

As a Marketing Manager I, you'll play a vital role in driving business development efforts by producing compelling proposals and presentations, supporting promotional strategies, and working closely with pursuit managers, technical teams, and marketing colleagues to position our firm for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, writing, editing, and production of persuasive marketing materials, including proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to develop strategies for proposals and interviews.
  • Manage content contributions from subconsultants and project partners.
  • Support interview preparation by coaching teams and organizing rehearsal sessions.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets such as staff bios, project descriptions, and firm qualifications.
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to capture project success stories through awards submissions, case studies, and photography.
  • Support the Pike brand through the creation of marketing collateral and segment-specific promotional materials.
  • Help plan and execute employee and client events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for participation in trade shows, industry events, speaking engagements, advertising, and sponsorships.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of marketing or business development experience within the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and graphic design abilities.

The base salary range for the position is $60,000 - $80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
