THE PIG - on the beach, Studland, Swanage, BH19 invites applications for a Chef de Partie. You will oversee one of the four kitchen sections in a fast‑paced, energetic team that champions seasonal menus, local suppliers within 25 miles, and our own kitchen garden produce to delight guests.
You will lead, teach and inspire apprentices as part of our award‑winning programme while contributing to a personal, hands‑on style of cooking.
