THE PIG-in the South Downs in Madehurst, BN18 0NL is seeking a Sous chef to assist the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen. You will manage one of four sections, contribute new menu ideas, and handle health and safety, ordering and rotas.
The role offers 40 hours per week with paid overtime and a comprehensive OTE package. We value passion for modern British food and sustainability, and invite you to grow through leadership of apprentices and development opportunities across THE PIG properties.
