Demi Chef De Partie – Brockenhurst, Hampshire
Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: OTE £14.91 per hour.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days. Plus, any overtime.
A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a daily changing menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area. As a PIG Demi Chef de Partie you will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of our 4 sections. You will have the opportunity to change sections to gain experience in all areas of the kitchen.
Our chefs are chatty people, having constant conversations with the gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers about what is available and what is in season.
We want our Demi Chef de Partie\’s to be passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food as we are. Our menu changes daily, because of this, working for us is a very personal style of cooking. Our chefs come up with new ideas all the time!
