Maintenance Manager at THE PIG Hotel | B Corp
Location: THE PIG hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: £35,000 per annum (OTE £37,820, including tronc)
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance of the hotel.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non‑essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency, and health & safety of the property being the priority.
- Lead and develop a small team of Maintenance Assistants.
- Ensure the maintenance team operates effectively on a 365‑day operational cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health and safety.
- A hands‑on attitude is a must.
