Salary: OTE Β£14.71 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days, plus any overtime
A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG offers a unique experience. You will work with a daily changing menu influenced by the kitchen garden and local area. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of our four sections and have the opportunity to rotate sections to gain comprehensive kitchen experience.
Our chefs are communicative, engaging with gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers to source seasonal ingredients.
We seek passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love modern British cuisine. Our menu changes daily, allowing for a personal and innovative cooking style. Our chefs continually develop new ideas!
