Make a Menu which suits people who live in Southport and International People. I want to serve both UK types of Coffee as well as American coffee, big chips as well as French Fries, bacon as well as gammon etc. The Menu won't be that big because the place isn't that big but it's got to suit the customers I expect and I want a very pleasant ambience there where the customers are regarded as important. I have a Cook called Paul already. I only work from home now due to injuries so it's important I can count on you.
