About the role:
As Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth and retention for our university partners. Currently, our solutions are trusted by 40% of UK universities; your mission is to deepen these relationships and expand our footprint.
Key Objectives:
- Portfolio Management: Lead and nurture a high-value portfolio of approximately 20-30 key accounts, serving as the senior point of contact.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across admissions, international recruitment, and UKVI compliance.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upselling opportunities for our unique suite of verification, compliance, and automation solutions.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Report on KPIs. Analyse account health and market trends to provide consultative insights that optimise strategy.
- Represent QC: Regularly visit university partners to strengthen relationships.
