Are you looking to join a passionate team in a buzzing country gastro pub? The Pickwick was a finalist for 'Best Pub in Cornwall 2025' (Pub & Bar Awards), boasts a state-of-the-art open-kitchen where customers watch the theatre of their food being created as they dine and has nine luxury sea-view bedrooms. We are the ultimate destination pub.

The Pickwick Inn & Oliver's Restaurant is set on the beautiful north Cornwall coast, nestled in seven acres of rolling Cornish countryside in an AONB and overlooks Padstow, Rock and the Camel Estuary and out across the Atlantic Ocean. We source the very best local produce from on our doorstep from catches to cuts and picks.

We're looking for someone with great passion, working to high standards who can also cope under pressure (we get busy!). Impeccable hygiene standards are a must to help keep our 5-star rating. We cook everything from scratch with an al a carte style service in the busy restaurant. There's potential for career and pay progression.

In return we can offer you a very competitive salary (subject to experience) plus staff perks and two consecutive days off. We encourage a good work life balance for you to enjoy the Cornish life.
