About Us
We are a growing physiotherapy clinic based in Edinburgh, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled and proactive individual to support our team with social media management, digital projects, IT systems, and internal documentation.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone confident in both digital marketing and practical IT systems management. You'll work closely with clinic staff to support and improve our online presence, maintain efficient digital systems, and ensure company documentation remains up to date and well organised. Flexible hours will initially be 4–5 per week and mainly working from home. There will be a strong potential for increased hours for the right candidate that demonstrates their ability to work independently and achieves results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing our social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, analytics)
  • Creating engaging, professional content aligned with our brand
  • Supporting website updates and digital projects
  • Managing Google Workspace (user accounts, permissions, shared drives)
  • Overseeing file organisation, cloud systems and sync processes
  • Implementing and maintaining secure cloud backup systems
  • Troubleshooting basic IT issues and liaising with external IT providers where required
  • Editing, updating and maintaining company policies and internal documents
  • Supporting staff with digital tools, workflows and system improvements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
  • Confident using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, admin settings)
  • Experience with online storage systems like Sync, Cloud and backup solutions
  • Strong written English and ability to draft and edit professional documents
  • Solid general IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or strong interest in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual content.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
