Location: Farnham or Guildford. Salary: £33,579-£35,539 per annum WTE (based on 37 hours per week). Application Deadline: Sunday, February 15, 2026.

We offer a full‑time, hybrid role (2 days a week in office) based in Farnham or Guildford. This position is central to growing our corporate partnerships program, focusing on new business and strengthening existing relationships. The work is varied and fast‑paced – you may be securing new corporate partners one day, and deepening engagement with existing supporters the next, through initiatives such as corporate volunteering days or bespoke fundraising activities. Key areas include building on our corporate Firewalk event and generating innovative partnership ideas to drive long‑term income growth.

About You

  • Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or a related field, with a track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with corporate decision‑makers and volunteers.
  • Understanding of the local business community in West Surrey & North East Hampshire.
  • Experience managing relationships with corporate partners and delivering exceptional stewardship.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy, collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support corporate events and fundraising activities.
  • A full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
