We are looking for caring and motivated Health Care Assistants to join our In-Patient Unit team as we move back to our new 18 bedded inpatient unit at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham. This is an exciting opportunity for those with caring experience who are looking for a rewarding role where they can provide high quality patient & family focused care within a supportive environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in a caring role

We are based in Farnham and Guildford, and provide bespoke, compassionate palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire.
