Salary: £14,233 per annum (WTE £23,722 based on 35 hours)

Hours: 21 hours per week, including every Saturday

This role is a Saturday Assistant Manager position for Phyllis Tuckwell, a charity shop providing palliative care support. As an Assistant Manager, you will help ensure the shop runs smoothly, support customers, and promote the shop’s mission.

About You

  • Required skills to ensure that the shop runs smoothly
  • Exceptional customer service and dedication to supporting patients and their families
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
  • Experience within a charity or fashion-based organisation is an advantage; full training provided

  • Commercial awareness and desire to drive business forward in the shop
  • Physical ability to lift, sort and move donated items
