Job Summary

Phyllis Tuckwell provides palliative and end-of-life care for people living with advanced or terminal illnesses. Based in Farnham, Camberley, and Guildford, we serve a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.

We have an ongoing need for Registered Nurses to work across our Inpatient Unit and Hospice at Home team.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient- and family-focused care in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidates will have broad nursing experience, clinical assessment skills, and excellent communication abilities. Flexibility to work in both inpatient and community settings is essential. Prior palliative care experience is valuable but not required, as full training and support will be provided.
