The Phoenix Project is seeking 2 full time Senior Support Workers. The successful individuals will work as part of the Phoenix team to meet the individual care and support needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and choice in a proactive and person centred approach.
The individuals will assist in the delivery of care and support to service users in their day-to-day activities. They will have good communication skills and be able to lead, supervise and mentor other members of the staff team. Good organisational skills are required as the role will include managing staff schedules, rotas, annual leave and training.
A Level 3 Diploma in Health is required.
