Job Title: Marketing Executive (Subscriptions & Brand)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow The Phoenix brand and subscriber community across the UK and US.
This is an exciting, hands‑on role offering plenty of variety, from delivering marketing campaigns and supporting subscription growth to helping bring our brand to life through events and partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting subscription, brand, email and social media campaigns.
- Coordinating digital and print advertising activity.
- Monitoring campaign performance and competitor activity.
- Working with internal teams and external partners.
- Supporting brand initiatives, events and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous marketing experience or a relevant qualification.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A creative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data and marketing reports.
- A team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Experience in publishing, subscriptions or email marketing would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
