The predicted salary is between 22066 - 25225 £ per year.

GRADE: Grade D £22,066 - £25,225 p.a. - Actual salary after adjustment for term time (FTE salary is £28,153 - £32,046 p.a.)

HOURS: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week. Standard working hours are 08.15 – 15.15 each day with 30 minutes lunch, although consideration will be given to alternative patterns relative to the postholder’s circumstances and commitments. Some flexibility will be required around actual working times on occasion, to better support our students and families.

The Phoenix Collegiate is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed Family Liaison Officer. The person appointed will work closely with our Student Attendance and Year/Pastoral Teams in identifying students - and families - most at risk of missing out on their education, offering bespoke support packages to those identified individuals.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of working with young people and families. They will be a proactive individual and a creative thinker who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
