The Phoenix Collegiate is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Examinations and Data Assistant, with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will support the Data Manager and the academic management systems and processes in school, including maintenance of the school’s timetable across all year groups.
They will also assist the Examinations Manager in the administration and organisation of all internal and external examinations, in accordance with Examination Boards’ regulations. Candidates must demonstrate good IT skills and ideally, will have practical experience of working with the SIMs management information system, although this is not essential.
You should have obtained GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths as a minimum (or an equivalent qualification) and demonstrate a proven record of working adeptly with high volumes of data and of successfully meeting deadlines. Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential and candidates must also have a good understanding of GDPR.
The successful candidate will be diligent, reliable and focused with an ability to maintain accuracy whilst dealing with high volumes of data. Visits to the school and informal discussions are welcomed. Please contact Sunny Kumar on 0121 588 8384 in the first instance.
