What You'll Be Doing

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by:

  • Providing warm, friendly and professional customer service.
  • Serving food and beverages in our restaurant, bar and outdoor dining areas.
  • Preparing tables and ensuring all dining areas are clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
  • Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working with people.
  • Delivers excellent customer service with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Works well as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
  • Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential—full training will be provided.
