MORPh clinical services seeks an experienced Diabetes Pharmacist to join our team in a remote role focused on insulin management for Type 2 diabetes. You will have the authority to adjust regimens and make autonomous, evidence-based insulin changes to achieve glycemic targets.
The ideal candidate is GPhC registered with at least 2 years post-registration, including 1 year in diabetes, and proficient with SystemOne (S1) and EMIS. Schedule is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible remote work.
